By the Father and the Son’s life

Some People fuss about the idea of Christ living in the believer and being his only life, but if we pay close attention to the scriptures, we will understand that Jesus also lived by His Father.

It is amazing at how often we find the words “in Christ, in the Lord, in the beloved, through Christ, through whom, by whom” in the scriptures which denote our position in Him. Yes dear friend; if the scripture states “in or through Christ,” it is because it is in Him and through Him. Once we are born of God’s incorruptible seed (sperma-Gk) 1Pet 1:23, it is His life we live, not ours made better! “In this the love of God was manifested towards us, that God sent His only begotten son into the world, that we might live through Him” 1John 4:9. Isn’t it clear dear friend? This scripture states that the way God demonstrated to us His love was by sending His only birthed Son into this world so that we might live “through Him....” It will only be to our benefit that we take what is written for what it means. It is as simple as that. We do not have to twist what is written, or try to find any special meaning or interpretation. In Paul’s letter to the Corinthians we read; 2Cor 11:3 “But I fear least somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.” All glory to God our Father who has blessed us with the revelation of His dear Son in us!!! It is about time the church awakes to the “in Christ” realities because it is outrageous that most of God’s children do not know who they are “by the Christ in them” which is an offense to Him.
As we study to learn Christ and grow in Him, we will notice that sometimes the scriptures state that “we are in Christ” and others that “Christ is in us.” Now Christ is “in the believer” as the incorruptible seed at his new birth and the believer is also “in Christ” when the Holy Spirit places or baptizes him into the universal and invisible body of Christ when he is born again. 1Cor 12:13 “For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.”

Christ is in the believer by his birthing
2cor 13:5 “Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you? - unless indeed you are disqualified”
Col 1:26,27 “ the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints. To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
Gal 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I, who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith (pistis Gk-faithfulness) of the Son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me”
The Believer is in Christ as part of His Body:
1Cor 1:30 “But of Him you are in Christ Jesus who was made unto us wisdom from God and righteousness and sanctification and redemption.”
1John 3:24 “By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.”
1Cor 1:30 “But of Him you are in Christ Jesus who became for us wisdom from God and righteousness and sanctification and redemption.”
2Cor 5:17 “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things have become new.”

The Father in Christ, His Son
John 6:57 “As the living Father sent me and I live by the Father, so he who feeds on me will live by me.”
John 14:10, 11 “Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father in me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on my own authority; but the Father who dwells in me does the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in me, or else believe me for the sake of the works themselves.”
John 10:38 “But if I do, though you do not believe me, believe the works that you may know and believe that the Father is in me, and I in Him.”

John 17:21, 23 “that they all may be one, as you, Father are in me and I in you; that they also may be one in us , that the world may believe that you sent me.”

In Christ our all in all,
